Delivery Times
All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves us, delivery times depend on where you are in Australia.
Orders are processed through our fulfilment centre, which allows us to dispatch quickly and consistently. As a result, once an order has been placed we cannot always guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended. Please double-check your order before checking out, and during particularly busy periods you may experience a short delay to dispatch.

Shipping Costs
All prices on our site include GST and free shipping to anywhere in Australia — no hidden charges, and no minimum spend required.
Larger bulk orders (10Kg and above) may ship via a different courier due to weight, but shipping remains free either way.

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

General Returns
We accept returns of new, unopened items bought directly from Chubby Mealworms Aus within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original packaging and resalable condition.
Return postage is on us if the error is ours — faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Otherwise, return postage and original delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility. If something’s arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us before sending it back — please don’t open or use it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll sort it out — we may ask for a photo to help speed things along. Please don’t use the product, and report any issues within 28 days of dispatch.
Changed Your Mind?
Return the unwanted item to us and place a new order for whatever you’d rather have. We’ll refund your original payment once the return arrives and is processed.
How to Send Something Back
Contact us first and we’ll give you the return address and instructions.
Pack it securely, include your packing slip (or a note with your order details), and keep the product in its original condition where possible. Damage caused by insufficient packaging on the way back to us is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was already faulty or damaged on arrival.
